In his role, Johnny focuses on expanding Serko’s network of Travel Management Company (TMC) partners through the commercialisation of its growing platform ecosystem. He also plays a pivotal role in enhancing Serko’s product offerings, developing customer acquisition strategies, and fostering key partnerships to fuel long-term growth and establish leadership in the North American market.
