Lisa Katsouraki led Strategy, M&A, and Strategic Partnerships for Etraveli Group, one of the world’s premier flight platforms. Backed by CVC Capital Partners, the Group operates in over 70 countries through renowned brands like Gotogate, Mytrip.com, Trip.ae, Supersaver, and Flight Network. With a strong presence in Europe and North America, and growing operations in LatAm, the Middle East, and APAC, Etraveli Group also boasts innovative ventures like flygresor.se, Sweden’s top metasearch platform, and Tripstack, a leading content aggregator for virtual interlining and LCC/airline direct content.

Lisa’s journey in the travel industry began in 2011, and in 2012 she joined e-Travel, a South East European OTA. As part of its management team, she played a pivotal role in tripling revenues and growing the team from 60 to 250 employees before the company merged with Etraveli in 2017. Prior to e-Travel, Lisa was a venture capitalist focusing on e-commerce and began her career in advertising, where she honed her skills as a bridge between creativity and business.

A seasoned “translator” between creative teams, engineers, customers, and investors, Lisa brings 17 years of expertise in connecting diverse stakeholders. She holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and an MBA from INSEAD, driving her mission to scale businesses and foster innovation in the travel industry.
