29 Jul Clarity, Confidence & Community: Why NSPYRE Backed Digital Divas
NSPYRE is bringing more than strategy and search expertise to Digital Divas 2025; they’re bringing intention. With a fresh new look and a clear mission, this all-female performance marketing agency is behind one of the most meaningful touchpoints of the day: the NSPYRE Water Station.
We sat down with founder Bianca Waterberg to talk clarity, community, and what “Becoming” means to a team that’s just stepped into its next chapter.
What inspired NSPYRE to get involved with Digital Divas this year?
At NSPYRE, we’re passionate about amplifying women’s voices in digital and business, and Digital Divas is the perfect platform to do just that. After recently rebranding to make our mark in the industry with fresh energy and bolder positioning, it felt like the right time to step into rooms that reflect the values we stand for: growth, visibility, and female empowerment. As a proudly all-female team, this event speaks directly to our mission and our journey.
Why was the Water Station a fitting touchpoint for your brand to align with?
Water represents clarity, energy, and flow; qualities we value in our work and our relationships. We loved the symbolism of showing up in a meaningful, supportive way: keeping people refreshed, refuelled, and ready to dive back into inspiring conversations. Like the water station, we aim to be a quiet yet powerful force behind our clients’ success; always there, always adding value.
How does supporting women in tech and business align with your mission?
NSPYRE was founded by a woman (me), and today we’re run by an all-female team. We know what it’s like to carve out space in a competitive industry and are committed to helping other women do the same. Supporting women in this space isn’t just aligned with our mission; it’s woven into who we are. We’re here to challenge norms, uplift others, and show what’s possible when women lead boldly.
What does the theme “Becoming” mean to you or to NSPYRE as a brand?
“Becoming” is about the beautiful, sometimes messy, always powerful process of growth. It’s something we live every day at NSPYRE, as individuals, as a team, and as a business. We’ve recently undergone a rebrand that reflects the next chapter of who we’re becoming: more visible, more confident, and more intentional in how we show up for ourselves and our clients.
What are some ways you’ve seen women in your team or industry step into bold new roles or transformations recently?
There’s been a quiet shift; more women backing themselves, speaking up, and stepping into roles that might’ve felt out of reach before. In our team, I’ve seen incredible growth in confidence and ownership, whether it’s leading a project, presenting to clients, or simply trusting their ideas more. It’s not always about big, dramatic leaps. Sometimes it’s the small shifts that really show someone is starting to own their space.
What message would you like to share with the women attending Digital Divas this year?
Don’t wait for permission. You’re already ready. Back yourself, even when it feels scary, especially when it feels scary. The world needs more women who show up fully and unapologetically. And if you’re still figuring it out? That’s okay too. You’re not alone, and we see you.
How can people follow what NSPYRE is doing next or learn more about your work?
We’re paid media and SEO specialists who love helping brands grow, and we’re always up for a chat. Our website is currently getting a refresh, but if you’d like to connect, the best way is to drop me a message directly at [email protected] or let’s grab a coffee (IRL or virtually).
